Hi, my name is Joel and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2011.
Before then, I was extremely active, and loved to play just about any sport. I specifically liked weight training and soccer the most.
When my pain started to get worse, I had to slow down a little bit, but I am determined to not let it get the best of me or stop me from doing the things that I love.
I decided to start this blog just to talk about some of the challenges and also some of the things that I find work well and not so well.
My hope is that maybe someone else in a similar boat, may get some benefit from it or maybe even have some advice to give.
